Patrick Wolf
Associate
Patrick Wolf is a civil litigation attorney who represents businesses and individuals with a focus on efficiency and results. His practice spans a broad range of industries, including energy, construction, finance, real estate, healthcare, automotive, and cryptocurrency.

Patrick has significant experience handling high-value litigation. In 2021, he successfully defended a client against a fraud claim exceeding $300 million brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and in 2023, he negotiated a settlement in a breach of fiduciary duty case involving the distribution of more than $150 million in oil-and-gas assets. However, Patrick also regularly handles smaller disputes where cost discipline is critical. Drawing on this range of experience, Patrick calibrates the scope and intensity of litigation to resolve each case in a cost-effective manner.

Patrick graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the North Carolina Law Review, earned awards for trial and appellate advocacy, clerked in federal district court, and became a published author in the field of federal Native American law.

Prior to joining Arambula Terrazas PLLC, Patrick practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he gained experience with the mechanics of large-scale litigation.
