Cole Wilson
Senior Counsel

Cole Wilson is a seasoned trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience in commercial litigation, employment disputes, products liability, art law, securities law, and personal injury litigation. He has also been lead trial and appellate counsel in complex disputes challenging the constitutionality of state laws and policies.

Cole has tried over 30 cases, including 15 jury trials. He has presented arguments to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and state appellate courts in Texas and New Mexico, and has briefed numerous appeals. Cole has also often appeared as counsel in litigation shortly before trial to negotiate difficult settlements and to present those cases to a jury when settlement is not feasible.

Cole has achieved critical wins at all stages of litigation for clients, including a no-liability defense verdict for a university in a Title IX lawsuit, extraordinary remedies for clients on appeal, dismissal of constitutional claims against public officials, and summary judgment involving claims of copyright infringement, securities fraud, and employment discrimination.

Immediately before joining Arambula Terrazas PLLC, Cole was a senior attorney at the Texas Attorney General’s Office, where he represented state government officials, public universities, and state agencies in constitutional, employment and commercial disputes. Cole also previously worked for a trial boutique where his practice focused on intellectual property and mass tort litigation.
