Amroh Idris
Senior Counsel

Amroh F. Idris is a seasoned litigator adept at representing clients in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, international white-collar investigations, and arbitration tribunals. Amroh has guided multinational companies, financial institutions, technology providers, corporate executives, and local business owners through bet-the-company investigations and high-stakes disputes that threatened the sanctity of his clients' enterprise and personhood.  Amroh has helped clients enforce their bargained-for rights, reduce substantial regulatory exposure, defeat or narrow significant commercial threat, and secure favorable litigation outcomes across state and federal courts and regulatory agencies. Amroh understands what clients have built, what they value, and what is at risk—and develops strategies designed to protect and preserve it.

Amroh draws on his background as an engineer to analyze complicated legal and factual issues, identify pressure points, and develop practical solutions. His natural gregarious temperament, shaped by his Southern upbringing in Savannah, Georgia, allows him to build a rapport and trust with clients, judges, regulators, and decisionmakers. Having lived abroad in Switzerland, London, and Milano, and traveled the world extensively, Amroh brings a strong appreciation for cultural differences to facilitate meaningful connection with clients across a modicum of industries and circumstances. Amroh leverages his wealth of beautiful experiences to facilitate connection, communication, and empathy, particularly when legal and personal stakes are high and the surrounding business and reputational concerns are most vulnerable.
